Christmas Morning!

This Christmas was the best so far, they seem to get better and better every year!  At what point in life do Holidays start getting less and less fun? Hopefully never :) :)

When I woke up this morning, I went and let the girls up out of their beds, and Neela rushed to the living room saying, "Me open pwesents now?" and Stevie Joy was yelling behind her,,,"No Neena, we get to sing Happy Birthday to Baby Jesus first, you love Baby Jesus, you need to sing to him!!!  Neena, Neena, are you listening?" ha!  such a little leader ;)

Every year the kids help shop for each other and for Seth and I,,this year they picked out stocking stuffers too for us,,,SJ really insisted that her Daddy needed a pair of reindeer socks :)

Stevie's BIG gift this year was this farm animal tube thing from Hobby Lobby, super super random, but it's what she wanted,,,she has been asking for this and only this for months now, and this was the MOMENT she had been waiting on!

Stevie Joy was so sweet about giving her gifts (that she picked out all on her own and wrapped on her own),,she would get so excited about it and walk the gift over to the person who it went to and say, "Merry Christmas!" so sweet!  She would often even help them open their gift if they were having a hard time, or simply just taking too long, ha!

Neela picked out her own gifts too, but hers didn't make quite as much sense,,,she got Seth a pack of magnets for the fridge 

 

 Angry Birds was the theme for this Christmas for SJ 

  

And Seth (Stevie picked him out this sweet shirt, but he passed it off to me, b/c it didn't fit him)

We found this little cape and mask for Titus and thought it would be so cool for him, we had NO idea it would be this AWESOME on him!!

 

"Super Tidy", his super strength comes from tootsie pops and his super secret weapon, bubble wands! 

 

 

 

When I asked Neela Grace what her favorite toy was that she got for Christmas, she quickly responded her "Lion King Toys!!"

The cats got little gifts in their stockings (which is BIG in our house, Seth's exact words when I asked him what we should get the cats for Christmas were, "ugh! I was kinda hoping they would be dead by Christmas!"

After presents (and our sugar high) we ate some bacon and sausage (trying to cancel out some of the sugar consumption), put on shoes, and headed over to Seth's parent's house for our Skype Christmas with Claren and Graham, who are over in Alaska!  Technology is sooo cool!  

We had a great time over at Seth's parents, I wish we had some pictures to share, but things were so busy over there, and the kids were having a BLAST, so we didn't get to snap any photos :-/  Titus got a sweet basketball goal from his Mamaw and Paw, Neela got the cutest Olivia backpack, and SJ got lots of Angry Birds fixings :) They loved all their gifts, and it was so neat to see Claren and Graham on the skype!  

We had a lovely Christmas this year, the house is pretty much a WRECK and we have no idea where we are going to put all these new toys, the kiddos were blessed indeed this year!! ;)
