I love sending Christmas cards out every year! It's so fun to receive cards too! It is always so much fun to check the mail with the girls everyday (even sometimes on Sundays, they always want to go out there and check the mail). They get a kick out of it (even the boring mail). They especially love receiving birthday cards, thank-you cards, and Holiday cards. A lot of their friends are their ages and I know they will get a kick out of receiving cards in the mail too. Last year we used Shutterfly to make our Holiday cards, we like to try to pick out card layouts that are kid friendly and fun! I especially enjoy cards that have collages, like these:
You can find other cards here and they have other Holiday cards here. We are also thinking about doing photo calendars for Grandparents this year for Christmas presents. They love those things, we have done them in the past and they have always been a big hit and it is something that can be used and loved year round :)
This year we are having our friend take our pictures and then we are trading off services and taking her pictures for her and her family for their Christmas cards. I have a lot of cute ideas and I am really looking forward to it. We are going to do the laid back approach (with 3 under 3 and a doggie) there really is no other way to go about it, ha!
